Morgan went from a 135-pound deadlift to 225 pounds and can do five full-rep chin-ups after not being able to do one.

Mike increased his total push-ups from 35 to 58, pull-ups from 5 to 14 and sit-ups from 35 to 65 in two months of training to pass his Navy Physical Readiness Test and get accepted into the United States Naval Academy.

Cheryl has lost 31 pounds and 12% body fat in six months. Her relative and absolute strength increased as she can do 15 pushups, box squat 135 pounds for 15 reps and push a 400-pound sled 20 yards.
